Please note that the refund process depends on where you made your purchase—via the Zing Coach website, App Store, or Google Play Store.
Am I Eligible for a Refund?
Refunds are typically not guaranteed, but may be granted in the following cases:

You made your first-time subscription purchase within the last 30 days

You qualify under your local consumer protection laws (e.g., 14-day window for EU/EEA residents)

You experienced a technical or access-related issue that prevented proper use

You used the app consistently for 7 days but still wish to cancel

If You Subscribed via the Zing Coach Website
Request a Refund via the App:

Open the Zing Coach app
-
Tap the Me tab (bottom right)

Tap the Settings gear icon (top right)

Scroll down and tap Contact Zing Support

In the contact form:

Subject: Refund My Subscription

Message Body: Include the following:

Your full name
-
The email address used for your subscription
-
Reason for your refund request
-
Subscription details (monthly/yearly and purchase date)

Your User ID (find it here)

A copy or screenshot of your invoice

Request via Email:
If you can’t use the app, send an email to support@zing.coach with the subject: Refund Request and include the same details as above.
If You Subscribed via Apple’s App Store
Refunds for App Store purchases must be handled directly by Apple.
Request a Refund from Apple:

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com

Sign in with the Apple ID used for your purchase

Tap "I'd like to..." > Request a Refund

Choose your reason and select Zing Coach

Submit your request
You should receive a response from Apple within 24–48 hours.
If you can't find the purchase, check for a receipt email from Apple or try signing in with other Apple IDs used on your device.
If You Subscribed via Google Play Store
To request a refund:

Send an email to support@zing.coach with the subject: Refund my Android subscription

Include:

The email used for your purchase

Your Google Play order number (found in your receipt or in Google Pay)

Refund Processing Time
After your request is submitted, our team will review it based on our refund policy. We aim to respond to all requests within 1 business day.
If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or provider.
Helpful Tips

Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. Please ensure you've canceled to avoid future charges.
