Understanding how your Zing Coach Premium subscription renews and how to manage it can help you avoid unexpected charges and stay in control of your fitness journey. Here's everything you need to know about renewal dates, billing, and managing your subscription.
How Do Renewals Work?
Your Zing Coach subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle—whether weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly—unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
Introductory Offers
If you started with an introductory offer, you received a discount for the first billing period. After that, your subscription renews at the full standard price.
💡 The terms of the introductory offer are always shown clearly at checkout, so you know what to expect before subscribing.
How Can I See My Renewal Date or Billing Info?
You can easily view your renewal date, billing frequency, and plan details—right from the app or your account on the Zing Coach website.
If You’re a Premium Subscriber (In the App):
-
Open the Zing Coach app
-
Tap the Me tab (bottom right)
-
Tap the Settings gear icon (top right)
-
Select Manage Subscription
Depending on how you subscribed, you’ll see:
-
Zing Website Subscribers: A purple subscription card showing your current plan, next billing date, and renewal amount
-
App Store Subscribers: Apple’s native subscription screen displaying your plan, next charge, and renewal settings
If You No Longer Have the App:
You can still check your subscription details by logging into your account on the Zing Coach website.
Where Can I See My Next Payment Amount?
The amount of your next charge is visible:
-
On your invoice or receipt email after purchase
-
On your subscription management screen in the app or through your app store account

Still Getting Charged After Canceling?
There are a few reasons this might happen:
1. You Deleted the App, But Didn't Cancel the Subscription
-
Uninstalling the Zing Coach app does not cancel your subscription
-
If you subscribed via the Zing website, deleting your account does cancel your subscription
-
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you must cancel your subscription through those platforms: Learn how to cancel your subscription properly
2. You Canceled After Your Renewal Date
If you didn’t cancel your subscription before your renewal date, it will automatically renew, and you will be charged for the next billing period.
3. You May Have Duplicate Accounts
It’s possible to accidentally create multiple Zing Coach accounts (e.g., with different login methods like email, Apple ID, or Google). Each account may have its own active subscription—and will need to be canceled individually.
