We know unexpected charges can be frustrating—so let’s help you figure out what might have happened and how to resolve it.
Whether you're still an active Zing Coach subscriber or you've already canceled your account but still noticed charges, here are the most common reasons and what you can do next.
First, Did You Cancel Your Subscription?
If you’ve already canceled your Zing Coach subscription but are still being charged, it’s possible that:
-
The cancellation didn’t process correctly
-
You subscribed on a platform (App Store or Google Play) that requires cancellation directly through their system
-
You may have created multiple Zing accounts using different login methods
👉 Please visit our subscription cancellation guide for detailed instructions to ensure your subscription is fully canceled.
Your Purchase May Include Add-Ons
When you signed up for Zing Coach, your purchase may have included up to three separate items, which are billed individually:
1️⃣ Zing Coach Premium Subscription – Full access to your personalized fitness plan
2️⃣ Body Scan Report – A tailored workout experience based on your physical data
3️⃣ Nutrition Guide – A customized food plan to support your fitness goals
These optional add-ons are offered during the sign-up process with clear options to deselect them. If they weren’t removed at checkout, they were added to your purchase and charged accordingly.
🔹 Some subscription bundles may include the Body Scan Report—this will be specified during purchase.
Why Am I Seeing Multiple Charges?
If you noticed two or three charges on your bank statement, it's likely because:
-
You purchased the Premium subscription, and
-
You also opted into one or both add-ons (Body Scan and/or Nutrition Guide)
These are billed separately to give you full flexibility during sign-up.
I Didn’t Mean to Purchase the Add-Ons
No worries—we totally understand that this may have been unintentional. If you feel you were charged incorrectly or didn’t mean to include an add-on, we’re here to help.
