What is refundable?
We offer refunds for first-time subscription purchases under the following conditions:
- You request the refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
If you meet both of these criteria, you're eligible for a refund on your subscription.
What is not refundable?
In line with our policy, the following items are non-refundable:
- Add-ons: Body Scan, Nutrition Guide, Supplements Guide.
- Renewal charges (subscriptions that auto-renew)
