Follow these steps if your payment failed or you want to replace your outdated card:
1. Go to Manage Subscription
- Open the Zing Coach app.
- Navigate to the Me tab → tap the gear icon (Settings) in the top right corner.
- Tap Manage Subscription.
2. Tap "Update Payment Method"
- On the Manage Subscription screen, scroll to the section below your Zing Premium card.
- Tap the option “Update Payment Method”.
This will take you to the Zing Coach Payment Portal (https://portal.zing.coach).
3. Select a Payment Method
You'll now see a screen where you can choose one of three options:
- Card
- Apple Pay
- PayPal
Tap your preferred payment method to proceed.
4. Enter Your New Payment Info
- If you selected Card, fill in:
- Name on Card
- Card Number
- Expiration Date
- CVV
- If you selected Apple Pay:
- Authenticate with Face ID / Touch ID
- If you selected PayPal:
- Log in to your PayPal account
- Authorize payment
- Wait for “Thank You” screen to confirm update.
Your new payment method is now saved and will be used for future renewals.
