Cardio exercises are seamlessly integrated into your workout plan in the following ways:
- Positioning: Cardio exercises will appear either after your warm-up or before your cooldown. Depending on your fitness goals, the placement may vary. If you’re aiming to lose weight, cardio is added at the beginning of your workout. For muscle gain, it’s placed at the end.
- One machine per workout: To keep things focused, we only include one cardio machine exercise per recommended workout.
- Workout visuals: Cardio exercises are visually represented as part of your workout, making it easy to see when you’re scheduled to hit the treadmill, rower, or any other machine.
- No voice guidance: While you won’t hear any specific audio cues during your cardio sessions, the visuals and on-screen prompts will guide you through the exercise.
