- Home workouts: Include cardio exercises like treadmill runs, side shuffles, and more in your home workout plan.
- Gym workouts: If you have access to a gym, you can add cardio sessions like cycling and running,
- HIIT workouts: These are perfect for getting your heart rate up and burning calories fast.
To enable cardio workouts, follow these steps:
- Go to the Workout tab and tap the ellipsis (3 dots) icon next to the Upcoming Week's Workout Schedule.
- Select Plan Settings.
- Tap Cardio Training: Choose the cardio machines you want to include (e.g., Treadmill, Stationary Bike, Elliptical).
