Track how many days in a row you’ve hit your movement goals and view a detailed breakdown of your consistency over time.
Workout Schedule
See your next 5 days of scheduled workouts, with an overview of each session’s type, duration, and focus. Easily adjust your plan if needed.
Daily Workout Summary
Preview what’s coming up each day—including workout type, equipment needed, and estimated time.
Customize Your Workout
Use the Adapt Workout button to change the workout type, focus area, environment, or intensity. You can even swap out individual exercises.
Create a Custom Workout
Design your session from scratch using the Custom Workout Generator. Choose your environment, target areas, and intensity.
Join a Challenge
Check out monthly Challenges to stay motivated. Complete workouts, earn badges, and invite friends for friendly competition!

Body Scan
If purchased, view body composition analysis including body fat % and muscle mass. Use this feature to track physical transformation.

Visualize muscle group fatigue and edit freshness levels to adjust future workouts accordingly.
Personalization Level
This score indicates how tailored your plan is. Improve it by completing tests and syncing more data (e.g., with Apple Watch).
Strength Score & Goal
Track your strength development with benchmarks for exercises like squats and bench press. Set and monitor personalized strength goals.
Flexibility Score & Test
Use your phone camera to assess your range of motion. See scores by muscle group, age, and gender.
Fitness Score & Test
