This article will guide you through canceling your Zing Coach Premium subscription or trial, depending on where you originally made your purchase: on our website, the App Store, or the Google Play Store.
If You Subscribed on the Zing Coach Website
You can manage and cancel your subscription directly in the Zing Coach app:

Open the Zing Coach app

Tap the Me tab (bottom right corner)
3. Look for the Premium Diamond badge in the top left (if you have an active subscription)
4. Tap the gear icon (top right) to open Settings
5. Select Manage Subscription
6. Tap Cancel Subscription, let us know your reason, and tap Unsubscribe Anyway
If You Subscribed via Apple’s App Store (iOS)
You must cancel through your iOS device:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone

Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions

Find Zing Coach under your active subscriptions

Tap it and then tap Cancel Subscription

Confirm the cancellation
If you see an expiration message in red instead of a cancel button, your subscription has already been canceled and won’t renew.
If You Subscribed via Google Play Store
Follow these steps from your Android device:

Open the Google Play Store

Tap your Profile icon (top right)

Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

Select Zing Coach

Tap Cancel subscription

Follow the on-screen instructions
