Canceling your Zing Coach subscription is straightforward, but the process depends on where you made your purchase. Whether you subscribed through the Zing Coach website, App Store, or Google Play Store, this article will guide you through the steps to cancel your subscription or trial. Please follow the instructions below based on your purchase source, and if you encounter any issues, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team at support@zing.coach for assistance.
Subscriptions Purchased on the Zing Website
- Open your Zing Coach app
- Navigate to the Profile tab by tapping Me on the bottom right of the navigation bar
- If you have an active subscription, you will see the Premium Diamond in the top left corner of your me tab.
- Tap the gear button in the upper right corner of the screen to enter Settings.
- Then choose Manage Subscription to see the details of your active subscription.

Tap the Cancel Subscription button, tell us why you’re canceling then tap Unsubscribe anyway
- Users who purchased their subscriptions on the App Store will see Apple's native modal displaying their subscription information

If you purchased your subscription on the App Store, you can also view it in your Subscriptions list.

On your iPhone, open the Settings app

Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions

Find Zing Coach in your Active subscriptions and tap it

Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm
- If, instead of a Cancel Subscription button, you see an expiration message in red text with a renewal price below it, the subscription has already been canceled.
Subscription Purchased on Google's Play Store
- Open the Google Play app
- At the top right, tap the Profile icon
- Tap Payments & subscriptions
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to cancel
- Tap Cancel subscription
- Follow the instructions
If you are still having trouble canceling your account, please send an email to support@zing.coach with the subject: Cancel my Subscription. In the body of the email, please include the email address you used to subscribe to the app or the User ID from the app itself. You can learn how to find your User ID here.
Alternatively, if you have deleted the app from your device, you can also cancel your subscription by logging into your account on our website via this link if needed.
