If you’re in the mood for something different, it’s easy to change your workout type.
How to Change Your Workout Type
You can switch to a different workout before starting your session by doing the following:

Open your Workout Preview

Tap the Adapt Workout button

Under Workout Type, choose the type you want:

Strength

HIIT

Stretching
-
Recovery

💡 Some workout types (like HIIT and Stretching) may only be available in Home mode. If you're not seeing the type you're looking for, try switching your Location setting to Home.
Want More Flexibility? Create a Custom Workout
You can also build your own routine from scratch:
