Change an Individual Workout
To make changes to a single recommended workout:

Tap on your Suggested Workout

Tap the Adapt Workout button

Adjust settings like:

Workout Location: Home or Gym
-
Workout Type: Strength, HIIT, or Recovery

Duration: 20 to 80 minutes
-
Muscle Focus, Intensity, Equipment, and Health Restrictions

Zing will regenerate your workout based on the new selections—so you always have something that fits your current needs.
Not Happy with the Recommendations Overall?
If you consistently feel like the workouts aren’t quite right for you, it may be time to update your broader preferences.
To adjust your Workout Plan:

Go to the Workout tab

Tap the ellipsis (⋯) icon next to Upcoming Week’s Workout Schedule

Select Plan Settings

From there, you can update:

Fitness Goal (e.g., Gain Muscle, Lose Weight)

Workout Intensity

Equipment Availability

Workout Schedule & Location

Health Restrictions
