How to Set or Change Your Workout Schedule
To manage your workout schedule:
Open the Zing Coach app
Go to the Me tab (person icon)
Tap the gear icon in the top right corner
Select Plan Settings Scroll to Workout Schedule
Here you can choose your preferred days or switch between a fixed and smart schedule.
Fixed Schedule
What it is:
You choose specific days of the week to work out (e.g., Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
Best for:
People with a consistent weekly routine.
