How to Adapt a Generated Workout
After Zing suggests a workout, you can tailor it to better fit your needs.
Replace Individual Exercises:

How to Fully Customize Your Workout
If you'd like to build a session around your preferences, use the Adapt Workout option:

Tap Adapt Workout on the Workout Preview screen

Adjust the following settings:

Environment: Select Home or Gym

Workout Type: Choose Strength, Recovery, or HIIT

Time: Set your desired workout duration (from 20 to 80 minutes)

Training Focus: Target a specific area—Full Body, Upper Body, Lower Body, or Core

Intensity: Pick your challenge level—Basic, Moderate, or High

Equipment: Specify the tools you have available

Health Restrictions: Add limitations to avoid certain movements
Zing will then generate a workout tailored to your custom settings.
