After Zing has generated a workout for you, you can make several adjustments, and Zing will update your workout.
Replace Exercises:
- Open the Workout
- Scroll down to What You'll Do
- Tap the 🔁 symbol beside the exercise you want to replace
- Zing will suggest an appropriate alternative for your workout
- Tap All Exercises to search our full list of exercises
- Tap By Muscle Groups to search exercises for a specific muscle group
- Tap By Equipment to search for exercises for the equipment you have available
Adapt Workout:
You can also adjust different aspects of your workout:
- Tap Adapt Workout
- Environment: select your workout location from Home or Gym
- Type: select your workout type from Strength, Recovery, or HIIT
- Time: select a duration for your workout, from 20 min to 80 min
- Training Focus: select a Muscle Group for your workout to train, from Full Body, Upper Body, Lower Body, or Core
- Intensity: select the intensity of your workout, from Basic, Moderate or High
- Tap Equipment to select the equipment you have want to train with
- Tap Health Restrictions to add any health restrictions you may be struggling with
