Common Issue: You're Logged In With the Wrong Account
The most frequent cause of subscription access problems is logging in with a different method or email address than the one used at the time of purchase.
To fix this, follow the steps below based on where you purchased your subscription.
Subscriptions Purchased on the Zing Coach Website
➤ If You Haven’t Downloaded the App Yet
- Search your inbox (including spam/junk) for an email from Zing Coach with the subject "Welcome to Zing"
- Tap the link in the email to go to the App Store or Play Store
- Download the app
- Log in using the email and password you used at purchase
- Your Premium features should activate automatically
➤ If You Already Have the App
Still can’t access Premium? Try this:
- Open the Zing Coach app
- Tap the Me tab (bottom right)
- Tap the Settings gear icon (top right)
- Scroll to the About Zing section and tap Restore
If you see a message like “No active subscriptions”:
- Tap the yellow bar that says “Have an account?”
- Select Log In
- Use the same login method you used when subscribing (Email, Apple ID, Google, or Facebook)
Subscriptions Purchased via Apple’s App Store
- Open your iPhone's Settings app
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions
- Find Zing Coach in the list and tap it
- Your subscription details will be visible, including:
- Current plan
- Next billing date
- Monthly cost
If you see a red expiration message instead of a cancel button, your subscription has already been canceled.
Subscriptions Purchased via Google Play
You can also check your subscription in the Google Play Store:
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Find Zing Coach
- Tap to view your active plan and details
Why Am I Being Asked to Pay Again?
If Zing is prompting you to subscribe again even though you already paid, it usually means:
- You're not logged in using the same email or login method used during purchase
- The system cannot recognize your Premium account
To Fix This:
- Open the app and tap “I already have an account”
- Select “Continue with Email”
- Log in using the exact email address used for registration
- If you originally signed up with Google or Apple, log in using that method instead
