Can I pause my Zing Coach subscription?
Yes! We offer a one-time pause option for up to 90 days. Whether you're traveling, taking a break, or managing a busy schedule, we’re here to support you.
How do I request a pause?
You can pause your Zing subscription for up to 90 days through the web portal:
- Go to Manage Subscription
- Select the option to pause your subscription
Please note that pausing your subscription does not pause your workout plan. Your plan will remain active, even if you’re not currently training.
Important: This option is only available for web subscriptions. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you’ll need to manage your subscription through those platforms directly.
Will I be charged during the pause?
No, you won’t be charged while your subscription is paused. Billing will automatically resume once the pause period ends and your subscription becomes active again.
Can I resume early?
Absolutely! If you’ve paused your Zing subscription through the web portal, you can resume it at any time before the scheduled restart date.
Simply log in to your account and reactivate your subscription when you’re ready.
Important: You can pause your subscription up to two times within a 12-month period, counted from the date your first pause begins (not a calendar year).
