Where Do I Get the Guide?
You can purchase the Nutrition Guide in two ways:
During Sign-Up: If offered, simply add it while setting up your Zing Coach account.
From the App: Go to the Analytics tab and look for the Macronutrient Plan card—if you haven’t purchased it yet, you’ll see an option to buy; if you have, just tap “Open Nutrition Guide” to read it.
Once purchased, the guide is delivered as a PDF via email. Look for a message titled “View Your Nutrition Guide” (check your spam folder if you don’t see it). If it was purchased through Apple, it may also appear directly in your app’s Analytics tab under the Macronutrient Plan card.

Is the Nutrition Guide Available in the App?
Mostly, no. The full Nutrition Guide is delivered as a PDF via email after purchase.
However, if you purchased it through Apple, your Macronutrient Plan will appear in the Analytics tab:
Open the Zing Coach app.
Tap the Analytics tab.
Look for the Macronutrient Plan card.
If purchased, you’ll see an option to Open Nutrition Guide.
Pricing & Availability
The Nutrition Guide is a one-time purchase and is not included in your Zing Coach subscription by default.
However, keep an eye out for special offers during sign-up or inside the app—it may be offered as part of a bundle.
