How the Body Scan Works
Zing Coach uses Zing Vision, an AI technology trained on thousands of clinical-grade DEXA scans. This lets the app estimate your body composition with impressive accuracy, just from two smartphone photos.
It identifies:

How to Take a Body Scan

Open the Zing Coach app.

Go to the Analytics tab (bottom right).

Scroll down to Body Scan and tap Scan My Body.

Follow the on-screen instructions to take:

A front-facing photo

A side profile photo

Lighting: Bright, natural light without harsh shadows.

Clothing: Tight-fitting (no loose garments).

Background: Neutral-colored wall, clutter-free.

Distance: 6–8 feet from your camera.

Once you're aligned with the outline, the scan will automatically capture each photo. When both are complete, your results will be processed and displayed in your report.

If you receive an error during your scan:
