Zing Coach offers helpful workout reminders to keep you on track with your fitness goals. If you prefer fewer notifications — or none at all — you can easily manage your settings right from your device.
To Turn Off Zing Coach Notifications (iOS)
Follow these steps to disable notifications for Zing Coach on your iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Scroll down and tap on “Zing Coach.”
- Select Notifications.
- Toggle Allow Notifications to off.
Once disabled, you’ll no longer receive push reminders for your workouts.
Want to Adjust Rather Than Disable?
If you'd like to keep notifications on, but change how they appear (e.g., remove sounds or lock screen alerts), you can fine-tune these preferences in the same Notifications menu listed above.
Prefer a Smarter Schedule?
Remember, you can also manage your workout schedule directly in the Zing Coach app to reduce the number of reminders:
- Go to the Me tab.
- Tap the gear icon
- Tap Plan Settings > Workout Schedule.
- Choose between a Fixed or Smart Schedule based on your preferences.
