Step 1: Get to Know Your Tabs
Zing Coach is organized into five main tabs at the bottom of your screen:
Workout Tab – Your Fitness Home Base

See your next workout and how long it’ll take.

Tap the ellipsis (•••) to update your Workout Schedule, Plan Settings, or try a Custom Workout.

Track your Activity Streak and stay consistent day by day.
Analytics Tab – Track Your Progress

View your Fitness Journal and weekly workout history.

Check in on Muscle Recovery, Strength Score, and more.

See your Body Scan, Flexibility Score, or Fitness Test results, if you've taken them.
Coach Tab – Your AI Fitness Companion

Chat with your Coach about your energy, sleep, or mood.

Get daily check-ins, workout advice, and smart adjustments based on how you feel.

Ask questions or get motivation—your Coach is always here for you.
Circles Tab – Workout with Friends

Invite friends and join Challenges together.

Earn badges and trophies for reaching your goals.

Stay connected and motivated with your fitness circle.
Me Tab – Your Personal Settings

Update your profile details (name, weight, height, age, etc.).

Access Settings, Notifications, and Contact Support.

Manage your app integrations like Apple Health or Apple Watch.
Step 2: Start Your First Workout

Open the Workout Tab

Tap your scheduled workout to see the Workout Preview

Customize it (if you want) by tapping Adapt Workout or replacing exercises

When you're ready, tap Start Workout and get moving!

You can change your fitness goal anytime (e.g., Gain Muscle, Lose Weight, Be Healthy).

Use Custom Workouts when you want more control over your routine.
