Sometimes, you may preview a workout beforehand and notice when it comes time to do the workout that something has changed (for example, the workout type or the length duration).
This happens for a few reasons: If there has been a change to your activity since you previewed the workout, Zing Coach may adapt your plan to reflect that new activity data.
For example, if you previewed a lower body workout, then did some physical activity with heavy lower body activation that was tracked by Zing Coach, then Zing may replace that scheduled lower body workout with an upper body or recovery workout, instead.
