If you're in the mood for a different workout to the one recommended by your AI Coach, you can change the Workout Type of any workout by tapping the Adapt Workout button before you start your workout.
Certain workout types are only available as Home Workouts: change Location to Home to select them.
You can also create a Custom Workout any time by tapping on the button and creating a new workout from scratch.
