You can change your workout preferences and goals in the Plan Settings section of the app.
- Go to the Workout tab and tap the ellipsis (3 dots) icon next to the Upcoming Week's Workout Schedule.
- Select Plan Settings to edit important plan data like your Fitness Goal, Fitness Level, Health Restrictions, preferred Workout Location, Workout Duration, Workout Frequency, and available Equipment.
Your personal details can be changed in the Profile section of the app.
- Go to the Me tab.
- Tab the gear button in the upper right corner of the screen to access Settings.
- Choose Profile.
In the Profile section, you can change your personal details such as name, weight, height, age, gender, and your preferred units of measurement (Metric or Imperial).
