Yes! Zing Coach can track all your physical activity—as long as your app is connected to Apple Health.
Any workout or movement logged in Apple Health (whether from your Apple Watch, another fitness app, or manually) will be:

Where Can I See My Tracked Activities?
You can view all logged activity in your Fitness Journal:

All physical activities—automatically or manually logged—are reflected here and factor into your personalized workout suggestions.
Can I Add Missing Activities?
Absolutely! If you completed a workout that wasn't automatically tracked, you can manually add it to Apple Health:

Open the Apple Health app

Go to the Summary tab

Scroll down and tap Workouts

Tap Add Data and enter your activity
Once saved, it will sync with Zing Coach and be included in your recommendations.
