Yes, the good news is that Zing Coach can track all of your physical activity if it's connected to your Apple Health. Any workout or activity that is tracked by Health will be analyzed by Zing Coach when adapting your workout plan. Learn how to connect Zing to your Apple Health.
You can view all of your tracked activities in your Fitness Journal: go to Analytics, tap "This Week" and scroll down to Workout History. All tracked physical activity is factored into your workout recommendation, Activity Streaks, and more.
You can also add untracked activities to your Apple Health app: go to your Health app's Summary tab, scroll down and tap Workouts, then tap Add Data and create the activity that you completed. This will be reflected in Zing Coach.
