This article refers to subscriptions purchased on the Zing Coach website, on the App Store, or on the Play Store, and assumes that you've already created an account, either on your own or with the help of Zing's Support team.
Deleting Your Zing Coach Account
By deleting your account, all your goal progress, activity history, and all other in-app data (including Activity Streak, Achievements, Preferences, etc.) will be deleted and cannot be restored. If you are sure you want to delete your account, please follow these steps:
- Open your Zing Coach app
- Navigate to the Me tab by tapping the icon on the bottom right of your Home screen

Go to the Settings screen by tapping the gear icon in the top right corner

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Delete Account
Alternatively, if you have deleted the app from your device, you can also cancel your subscription by logging into your account on our website via this link if needed.
Please note: If you subscribed to Zing through the website, then deleting your account will automatically cancel your subscription. However, if you subscribe to Zing from the App Store or Play Store, you must cancel your subscription on those platforms. View this article to cancel your App Store or Play Store subscription.
