If you're being prompted to pay again despite having already paid, it means you are not logged in correctly, and the system does not recognize your Premium account. Please follow these steps:

Open the app and select "I already have an account".

Choose "Continue with email".

Log in using the correct email address used for registration.
- Google/Apple Login: Similarly, you can log in via Google or Apple if the associated email matches your registration email.
If you are still unable to access your account, please contact our Support team at support@zing.coach and provide the following information:
- Date of payment

Payment Method Details:
- PayPal: Your PayPal email address or PayPal Invoice ID
- Credit/Debit Card: The last 4 digits of your card
- AppStore / Google Play: A screenshot of the invoice/store subscription
- Apple Pay: A screenshot of the payment
The screenshots should include:
- Date of payment
- Amount
- Your Full Name
Once our support team receives this information, they will check the data and provide you with a resolution.
