If you feel that you're receiving too many Recovery workouts, you can manually reset your Muscle Recovery by taking the following steps:
- Go to the Analytics tab by tapping the graph icon at the bottom right of your screen
- Scroll down to Muscle Recovery and tap anywhere to open the tab
- Tap Edit in the top right corner of the screen
- Set muscle recovery to 100% for each different muscle group
- This should reset the algorithm for you and provide you with non-Recovery workouts
