For iPhone Users
- Open your Zing Coach app
- Scroll down to the bottom of your Workout tab
- Tap More Actions
- Tap Plan Settings
From here, you can view or adjust your program in a number of ways:
- View your Profile with your personal data, like your name, height and weight
- Select your Fitness Goal so Zing can personalize your workouts to suit your personal needs
- Change the Environment that you want to workout in, choosing from Gym, Home or a Mix
- Set your Fitness Level so Zing can tailor the intensity of your workouts
- Choose the Equipment that you have available for your workouts
