For iPhone Users
- Open your Zing Coach app
- Tap three dots in the upper right corner of your Workout screen
- Tap Plan Settings
From here, you can view or adjust your program in a number of ways:
- Select your Goal so Zing can personalize your workouts to suit your personal needs (e.g. Gain Muscle, Get in Shape, Lose Weight, Be Healthy, Get Active Again).
- Set your Workout Plan and choose between Strength (Gym or Home) and Calisthenics.
- Set your preferred workout length in Workout Duration
- Choose your Workout Schedule. Select "Smart Schedule" for dynamic adjustments or "Fixed Schedule" to pick specific days.
- Set your Fitness Level so Zing Coach can tailor the intensity of your workouts: Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced.
- Specify the Equipment that you have available for your workouts.
- Add Cardio machines for your workouts to introduce Cardio Training in your routine.
- Indicate Health Restrictions.
