This article will help you if you paid for a Premium subscription to Zing Coach but can't access it. Please read these articles if you'd like to cancel or refund your subscription.
The most common reason that Zing users can't access their subscriptions is that they use a different sign-in method from the one they subscribed to. To find your subscription, try the steps below:
Subscriptions or Trials Purchased on Zing's Website
If You Haven't Downloaded the App Yet
-
Search your email inbox (including your Spam and Junk folders) for an email from Zing Coach with the subject "Welcome to Zing"
-
Tap the button to be redirected to the App Store or Play Store page for Zing Coach
- Download the app and log in with your email address and chosen password
- When you open the app, your account details should already be prepared
If You've Already Downloaded the App
If you've downloaded the app using the above method but still can't see your subscription, try the following:
- Open your Zing Coach app and get to the Home screen (you may have to complete the onboarding process again)
-
Navigate to the Analytics tab by tapping the graph icon at the bottom of your screen
- Tap the gear icon in the top right of your screen to go to Settings
-
Scroll down to the About Zing section and tap Restore
- If you get the message No active subscriptions, go to the yellow bar with the text Have an account? and tap the Log In button
- You will be directed to a screen with the header Log In to Your Account
- Log in using the method that you originally used to subscribe to Zing Coach, either your email, your Apple ID, Google account, Facebook account.
Subscriptions or Trials Purchased on Apple's App Store
If you purchased your subscription on the App Store, it should be visible in your App Store subscriptions list.
-
Open the Settings app
-
Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions
-
Find Zing Coach in your Active subscriptions and tap it
-
Your subscription information should be visible here, including your renewal date and monthly billing amount.
- If, instead of a Cancel Subscription button, you see an expiration message in red text with a renewal price below it, the subscription has already been canceled.
If you've completed the steps above and still can't access your subscription, please send an email to support@zing.coach with the subject "Can't Find My Subscription." In the body of the email, please include the email address you used to subscribe to the app or the User ID from the app itself. You can learn how to find your User ID here.
