If you’re unsatisfied with your Zing Coach experience and would like to be refunded your subscription fee, please follow the steps based on where you purchased your Zing Coach subscription. The process depends on where you purchased it. Whether you subscribed through the Zing Coach website, App Store, or Google Play Store, this article will guide you through the steps to refund your subscription.
Please follow the steps below to determine if you’re eligible for a refund according to Zing's Refund Policy and how to proceed. If you encounter any issues, don't hesitate to contact our support team at support@zing.coach for assistance.
Subscriptions or Trials Purchased on Zing's Website
Refunds are generally not provided, but exceptions may be made if:
- You request the refund within 30 days of the transaction date and can demonstrate 7 consecutive days of app usage.
- You are entitled to a refund under applicable laws in your jurisdiction (e.g., EU/EEA residents may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase).
How to Request a Refund on Zing Coach
- Open your Zing Coach app
- Navigate to the Profile tab by tapping Me on the bottom right of the navigation bar
- If you have an active subscription, you will see the Premium Diamond in the top left corner of your Profile tab, which you can tap to go to the Manage Subscription screen
- To request a refund, tap on the Gear icon in the top right corner of your Profile tab to go to Settings
- Scroll down and tap Contact Zing Support
- This will take you to the Contact Form
- Please add your email address and the subject Refund My Subscription
- In the body of the message, please include:
- Your Full Name: The name associated with your Zing Coach account
- Reason for Refund: Briefly explain why you are requesting a refund
- Subscription Details: Include any relevant information, such as your subscription type (monthly, yearly) and the date of purchase
- User ID: Check here to learn how to find your User ID
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Open your Zing Coach app
- Navigate to the Analytics screen by tapping the graph icon on the bottom right of your Home screen

Go to the Settings screen by tapping the gear icon in the top right corner
- Scroll down and tap on Contact Zing Support
- Provide your email address, and add the subject Refund My Subscription. In the body of the message, please include the email address you used to subscribe to the app or the User ID from the app itself. Check here to learn how to find your User ID.
- Alternatively, you can send the above message from your email client to support@zing.coach.
Subscriptions or Trials Purchased on the App Store
You have to request your refund in the App Store. We cannot process these refunds on your behalf. Please follow these steps:
- Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Tap or click "I'd like to..." then choose "Request a refund"
- Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next
- Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit
- If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription
Wait 24 to 48 hours for an update on your request
If Apple approves your request, it might take additional time for the funds to return to your payment method. Learn how to check the status of your refund request.
If you can't find the charge on reportaproblem.apple.com
Find out if another account was used to make a purchase.
- Search your email for the words "receipt from Apple" or "invoice from Apple".
- Look for a receipt that matches the amount that you want to request a refund for.
- On the receipt, see what was purchased and which Apple ID was used.
- Once you've found the receipt, try these steps:
- If the receipt is for a member of your Family Sharing group and you're the family organizer, you can still request a refund on reportaproblem.apple.com. Tap or click the Apple ID button, then choose All. Purchases charged to your shared payment method appear.
- If the receipt is for a different Apple ID, use that Apple ID to sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If you can't find a receipt, try these steps:
- If the charge is pending, you canʼt request a refund yet. After you receive an email receipt, try to request a refund again.
- If you have an unpaid order, you need to pay for that order before you request a refund. You might need to update your payment information.
- In the European Union, purchases for digital goods and services might not be made through Apple. Learn more about purchases not billed through the App Store or the App Store's In-App Purchase system.
- If you have multiple Apple IDs, use each one to sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com and look for the charge for which you want to request a refund.
Subscriptions or Trials Purchased on the Play Store
Send an email to support@zing.coach with the subject: Refund my Android subscription. In the body of the email, please include the email address you used to subscribe to the app and the order number of your purchase. Your Google Play order number can be found in your purchase confirmation email.
If you cannot find that email, you can do the following:
- Go to Google Pay
- Sign in to your Google Account
- Select Activity
- To get your receipt, select an order
Important notes
Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid future charges, make sure to cancel your subscription through the app settings or by contacting support.
The following items are non-refundable:
- Nutrition Guides and other workbooks
- Renewable charges
- Body Composition Reports
